Welcome to AZis AI Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”, “AZis”).


We’re based at 68 Circular Road #02-01, Singapore 049422 (UEN 202541154W).


We make cheeky robots. We don’t make excuses.

This policy explains what little data we collect, how we use it, and why you can relax.

What We Collect (aka the bare minimum)

When you:

Chat with us → your inputs and our responses exist in temporary memory so the conversation makes sense.

Sign up / pay:

We get whatever Stripe needs (billing name, email, card details). We never see your card number.

Visit our site :

Google Analytics drops cookies to tell us how many humans still prefer talking to AI.

That’s it. No stalking, no secret logs, no “AI knows your dog’s name” nonsense.

When We Delete:

We wipe chat data when you sign out.
Subscription and payment info live safely inside Stripe’s vault because tax people insist on receipts.

Why We Keep Anything at All:

  • To let the AI talk to you while you’re logged in.

  • To process payments.

  • To check that our site didn’t explode.

  • Where Your Bits Travel

  • Our servers live in the United Kingdom (because weather is better for CPUs).

  • Stripe and OpenAI may move data globally — each under contracts that meet Singapore’s PDPA and GDPR standards.

How We Protect It:

  • Encryption, access controls, security audits, and a healthy fear of the PDPC.
    We train our humans not to peek.

  • Your Rights

  • Under Singapore PDPA (and friends like GDPR) you can ask to:

  • Access or correct personal data we hold.

  • Withdraw consent (though that ends your account).
